🅰 A – Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Preparation:

  • Fresh amla juice (20 ml) + warm water

  • Amla powder (½ tsp) with honey

  • Amla chutney (fresh grated + coriander + cumin)

Consumption Time:

  • Early morning empty stomach

  • Or before breakfast

Best Combinations:

  • With honey (Kapha detox)

  • With warm water (Pitta balance)

  • Avoid mixing with milk

🅱 B – Barley (Yava)

Preparation:

  • Barley water (boil 1 tbsp in 2 cups water)

Preparation:

  • Jeera water (soak overnight, boil morning)

  • Dry roasted cumin powder in buttermilk

Consumption Time:

  • With coriander & fennel (CCF tea)

  • In soups & khichdi
