Why: Rich in potassium, fiber, quercetin (reduces arterial inflammation)

Preparation:

  • Eat raw with peel

  • Stewed apple (no sugar)

  • Apple + cinnamon slices

Morning empty stomach OR 4 PM snack

Join With:

  • Almonds (5 soaked)

Why: Natural nitrates → improves blood vessel dilation

Preparation:
