Why: Cooling, reduces Pitta, mild diuretic.
Preparation:
• Fresh juice – remove seeds, blend without water
• Or light curry with cumin & coriander
Time:
• Juice – Early morning empty stomach (100–150 ml)
• Curry – Lunch
Best Combination:
• Add few mint leaves in juice
• Curry with red rice or little millet
Avoid:
• Do not add salt in juice
• Avoid with milk
🅱 B – Barley (Yava)
Why: Classical Ayurvedic kidney cleanser.
Preparation:
• Soak 2 tbsp overnight
• Boil in 4 cups water → reduce to half
• Strain – drink as barley water
Time:
• Mid-morning (10–11 AM)
• Can sip throughout day
Best Combination:
• Add 2–3 drops lemon (if no high potassium restriction)
• Can mix with coriander seed water
Avoid:
• Avoid with curd
• Avoid excess salt
🅲 C – Coriander Seed Water (Dhanyaka)
Why: Reduces burning urination & water retention.
Preparation:
• Crush 1 tsp seeds
• Soak overnight in warm water
• Boil lightly in morning & strain
Time:
• Early morning or evening
Combination:
• Can combine with cumin (Jeera)
🅳 D – Drumstick Leaves (Moringa)
Why: Mild detox, improves blood purification.
Preparation:
• Steam lightly
• Make soup with garlic + pepper
Time:
• Lunch only
Avoid:
• Not daily – 2–3 times/week
• Avoid if potassium restricted

Why: Supports urine flow & digestion.
