🟢 BLOCK ZONE THERAPEUTIC DIET

(For Diabetes, BP, Obesity, Stress, Gut Health, Hormonal balance)


A – Ash Gourd (Winter Melon Juice)

Therapeutic Use:
Detox liver, reduce acidity, cool body, improve gut lining.

Preparation:
• Peel fresh ash gourd
• Remove seeds
• Blend raw cubes
• Strain
• Add few mint leaves (optional)
• No salt/sugar

Consumption Time:
Early morning empty stomach (6–7 AM)

Join With:
• 5 soaked almonds
• 1 tsp soaked chia (after 20 minutes)

Avoid With:
• Tea/coffee immediately
• Heavy breakfast within 30 minutes


B – Barley Water

Therapeutic Use:
BP control, kidney cleanse, weight reduction.

Preparation:
• 1 tbsp barley
• Boil in 2 cups water (15–20 min)
• Strain and cool

Consumption Time:
Mid-morning (10–11 AM)

Join With:
• Lemon drops
• Small cucumber slices

Avoid With:
• Milk products
• Fried snacks


C – Curry Leaves Powder

Therapeutic Use:
Diabetes control, hair health, iron boost.

Preparation:
• Dry roast curry leaves
• Add jeera + pepper
• Grind to powder

Consumption Time:
With breakfast (½ tsp)

Join With:
• Idli
• Red rice kanji
• Buttermilk

Avoid With:
• Sugary foods


D – Drumstick Soup

Therapeutic Use:
Joint pain, immunity, calcium support.

Preparation:
• Boil drumstick pieces
• Add garlic + pepper
• Blend lightly
