🌿 A – Ajwain Water (Deepana–Pachana)

Benefits: Improves digestion, removes gas, stimulates Agni

Preparation:

  • Β½ tsp ajwain

  • Boil in 1 cup water (5 minutes)

  • Filter and drink warm

Consumption Time:
Morning empty stomach OR after heavy meal

Joining Foods:
Good with khichdi, vegetable soups
Avoid with milk


🌿 B – Barley Gruel (Yavagu)

Benefits: Light, reduces inflammation, supports recovery after fever

Preparation:

  • 2 tbsp barley

  • 2 cups water

  • Pressure cook well

  • Add pinch rock salt + cumin

Consumption Time:
Lunch (best for Pitta recovery)

Joining Foods:
Moong dal, boiled vegetables
