(Detailed Clinical Guide with Preparation, Timing & Food Combining)
Goal: Reduce acid irritation, heal gastric mucosa, prevent pain, bloating, reflux, and ulcer aggravation.

  • Eat small frequent meals (every 3 hours).

  • Avoid long fasting.

  • Food should be soft, warm, mildly seasoned.

  • Avoid: very spicy, deep fried, acidic, carbonated, excess tea/coffee.

  • Eat slowly; chew well.

  • Avoid lying down for 2–3 hours after meals.

  • Drink fluids between meals, not large quantities during meals.

A – Apple (Stewed)

Why: Pectin helps soothe stomach lining.
Preparation: Peel β†’ chop β†’ slow cook with little water until soft. No sugar.
Time: Mid-morning (10–11 AM).
Combine with: Oats porridge or soaked almonds (2–3).
Avoid with: Citrus fruits.


B – Banana (Ripe)

Why: Natural antacid, coats stomach lining.
Preparation: Fully ripe only. No raw banana.
Time: Morning empty stomach or evening snack.
Combine with: Warm milk (if tolerated) or oats.

Preparation: Fresh homemade, not refrigerated cold.
