(Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension)
Goal:

  • Reduce BP

  • Lower LDL cholesterol

  • Reduce arterial inflammation

  • Control weight

  • Improve heart efficiency


🅰 A – Almonds

Benefits:

  • Rich in magnesium (lowers BP)

  • Contains heart-friendly fats

  • Reduces LDL

Preparation:

  • Soak 5–6 almonds overnight

  • Peel in morning

  • Eat raw OR dry roast (no salt)

Consumption Time:

  • Morning empty stomach

  • OR 4 PM snack

Combine With:

  • Warm water

  • 1 date (if no diabetes)

  • Add to oats / salad
