Obesity Reduction Diet

🅐 – Ajwain (Carom Seeds)

Benefits:
Improves digestion, reduces bloating, boosts metabolism.

Preparation:
Boil 1 tsp ajwain in 1 glass water (5 minutes).
Strain and drink warm.

Consumption Time:
Morning empty stomach or after heavy meal.

Join With:
Lemon drops can be added.
Avoid with milk.


🅑 – Barley (Yava)

Benefits:
Best Ayurvedic grain for weight loss. Reduces Kapha & fat.

Preparation:
Cook barley like rice or make barley porridge.

Consumption Time:
Lunch (12–1 PM)

Join With:
Vegetable curry, green gram dal.
Avoid mixing with curd at night.


🅒 – Cumin (Jeera)

Benefits:
Improves Agni, reduces water retention.

Preparation:
Boil 1 tsp cumin in water → drink warm.
Or dry roast powder (½ tsp before meals).

Consumption Time:
Before meals.

Join With:
Honey (morning).
Avoid mixing with heavy oily food.


🅓 – Drumstick Leaves (Moringa)

Benefits:
Reduces fat accumulation, high fiber.

Preparation:
Steam leaves → make soup with pepper & garlic.

Consumption Time:
Lunch or early dinner.

Join With:
Moong dal.
Avoid with curd.


🅔 – Elaichi (Cardamom)

Benefits:
Reduces belly fat, balances Kapha.

Preparation:
Crush 2 pods in warm water.

Consumption Time:
After meals.

🅕 – Fenugreek (Methi)

Benefits:
Controls appetite, reduces sugar cravings.

Soak 1 tsp overnight → chew morning.

Strong fat-burning herb.

Preparation:
