Wound healing requires:
Protein + Vitamin C + Zinc + Iron + Vitamin A + Vitamin E + Omega-3 + Hydration + Anti-inflammatory foods


A – ALOE VERA (Internal Healing Support)

Role:
• Anti-inflammatory
• Supports skin regeneration
• Improves digestion (nutrient absorption)

Preparation:
• Fresh aloe gel (1 tbsp)
• Mix with warm water + few drops lemon
• OR blend with amla juice

Consumption Time:
• Early morning empty stomach (5–6 AM)

Join With:
• Amla juice
• Honey (if no diabetes)

Avoid:
• During pregnancy
• Excess consumption (can cause loose motion)


B – BONE BROTH

Preparation:
• Fresh fruit (not juice packet)
• Or lemon in warm water

Consumption Time:
• After breakfast
• Not empty stomach if acidity present

D – DATES
